of performing postures and movements that seek to <strong>reduce pressure in the thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The main difference between hypopressive gymnastics and other disciplines that also work the abdomen is the state of apnea.<\/p>\n<p>Apnea is a breathing technique that consists of opening the ribs when breathing, expelling all the air and maintaining the
